Dates in bacon coat on salad

Preparation:
- Wrap a strip of bacon around each date.
- Start the 220°C mode and bake the dates for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In the meantime, mix the dressing ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the salad on four plates and garnish each plate with two pieces of goat cheese and four lukewarm dates.
- Drizzle the salads with the dressing and serve immediately.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
12 dates, pitted
12 bacon strips
200 g mixed salad leaves, washed
100 g goat cheese (cut into 8 pieces)
Dressing:
2 tbsp raspberry juice or raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp grape seed oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper
