Preparation:

  1. Bring the stock to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add lemon zest, ginger, shallot, garlic and chilli and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the broth through a fine sieve. Then season to taste with salt, pepper and some lemon juice
  4. Spread chives in the shot glasses.
  5. Pour the broth over the chives and hang a shrimp on the rim of the glass. Serve and drink immediately.

Ingredients (for 6 Servings):

6 cocktail shrimps

3/4 l beef stock

peel of half a lemon, washed

3 cm ginger, peeled and chopped

1/2 shallot, peeled and chopped

1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped

1/2 chili, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

some lemon juice

salt and pepper
