Potato Gratin

Preparation:
- Wash, peel and slice the potatoes.
- Grease a temperature-resistant oven dish. Put the potatoes in.
- Mix the tomatoes, pepper, nutmeg, cream and Parmesan together in a bowl. Pour the mass over the potatoes.
- Put the oven dish on a wire rack in the oven.Set the hot air function to 180°C and bake the gratin for about 45 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and serve.
