Tuna and Onion Bruschetta

Preparation:
- Place a frying pan on the hob and heat up using a medium setting. Add the olive oil and garlic and sauté a little. Wash the basil, pat dry and chop finely.
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the sautéed garlic, basil, salt and pepper and mix everything carefully together.
- Preheat the oven with the full-width grill function to 200° C.
- Place the mozzarella on the toasted white bread, then some of the tomato mixture. Finally, spread the tuna on top and garnish with the onion rings.
- Place the white bread slices on a baking tray, slide it onto the toprack level of the oven and grill for about 3-4 minutes. When ready, take out and serve immediately.

½ garlic clove, finely grated
2 tbsp. virgin olive oil
200 g fresh tomatoes
1 tsp.fresh basil
Salt
Pepper from the grinder
10 slices of white bread, toasted
125 g mozzarella, cut into small cubes
1 spring onion, sliced into rings
1 can of tuna
