Tuna and Onion Bruschetta

Preparation:

  1. Place a frying pan on the hob and heat up using a medium setting. Add the olive oil and garlic and sauté a little. Wash the basil, pat dry and chop finely.

  2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the sautéed garlic, basil, salt and pepper and mix everything carefully together.

  3. Preheat the oven with the full-width grill function to 200° C.

  4. Place the mozzarella on the toasted white bread, then some of the tomato mixture. Finally, spread the tuna on top and garnish with the onion rings.

  5. Place the white bread slices on a baking tray, slide it onto the toprack level of the oven and grill for about 3-4 minutes. When ready, take out and serve immediately.
