Spritz Biscuits

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead to a smooth dough using a food processor with the dough hook. Cover and chill it for at least 1 hour.

  2. Once the dough is thoroughly chilled, it can be formed into spritz biscuits with the spritz biscuit attachment on the food processor.

  3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°c using convection setting.

  4. Place the cookies on the baking sheet. put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 8–12 minutes, browning as desired.

  5. Then take out and allow to cool.

 

Tipp: If you do not have a spritz biscuit attachment, you can also roll out the dough and use cookie cutters.

      2 tbsp. milk

      some grated lemon zest
