Preparation:

  1. Mix the flour, vanilla, salt and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the egg yolk, water, almond butter and butter in small pieces and knead to a smooth dough with the electric mixer.
  2. Finely chop the chocolate, add it to the mix and knead it into the dough. Form the dough into two rolls and place it covered in the fridge for approximately 1 hour. 
  3. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Preheat the oven with the hot air function at 160 °C.
  4. Take the dough rolls from the refrigerator, cut into slices of approximately 5 mm thick and spread them out on the baking trays.
  5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes. Then take out and allow to cool.
