Preparation:
- Mix the flour, vanilla, salt and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the egg yolk, water, almond butter and butter in small pieces and knead to a smooth dough with the electric mixer.
- Finely chop the chocolate, add it to the mix and knead it into the dough. Form the dough into two rolls and place it covered in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
- Line two baking trays with baking paper. Preheat the oven with the hot air function at 160 °C.
- Take the dough rolls from the refrigerator, cut into slices of approximately 5 mm thick and spread them out on the baking trays.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes. Then take out and allow to cool.

220 g wholemeal flour
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 pinch natural vanilla
1 pinch salt
60 g whole cane sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp water
125 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
