Creamy pea soup

Preparation:
- Put the peas and celery into a saucepan with a little water, place on the hob, boil at the highest hob setting, then turn it down to a lower heat setting.
- Wash the herbs and cut into small pieces.
- When the peas are cooked soft, add all the other ingredients and puree with a hand blender until a frothy soup has formed. Season again with the spices.
- To serve, fill serving bowls with the soup and garnish with herbs.

300 g deep - frozen peas
50 g celery
Salt
Pepper, freshly ground
50 g herbs, to taste
50 ml cream
