Creamy pea soup

Preparation:

  1. Put the peas and celery into a saucepan with a little water, place on the hob, boil at the highest hob setting, then turn it down to a lower heat setting.
  2. Wash the herbs and cut into small pieces.
  3. When the peas are cooked soft, add all the other ingredients and puree with a hand blender until a frothy soup has formed. Season again with the spices.
  4. To serve, fill serving bowls with the soup and garnish with herbs.
