Ham and herb muffins

Preparation:

  1. Grease the muffin pan. Preheat the oven with the top/bottom heat function to 200 °C. Wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Cut the ham into small pieces. Grate the parmesan.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder and wheat flakes to a bowl and mix. Put the butter in small flakes on it. Add the sour cream, herbs, spring onions, ham, salt and pepper and knead into a dough.
  3. Shape 12 balls from the dough, place them in the muffin pan and press the tops slightly flat.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Finely grate the cheese and fold in. Spread the egg mixture on the dough balls.
  5. Place the muffin pan on a rack in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 °C using the top/bottom heat function.
  6. Then remove and let cool for about 10 minutes.
