  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
  2. Put a pan on the hob and heat it up to a medium hob setting.
  3. Add the oil to the pan and sauté the onion cubes and garlic together. Then take it out and allow to cool.
  4. Wash the fresh herbs, pat dry and chop finely.
  5. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Season to taste with the spices.

1 clove garlic

1 Tbsp oil

50 g herbs, to taste

1 tsp maple syrup
