Herb dip

Preparation:
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Put a pan on the hob and heat it up to a medium hob setting.
- Add the oil to the pan and sauté the onion cubes and garlic together. Then take it out and allow to cool.
- Wash the fresh herbs, pat dry and chop finely.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Season to taste with the spices.

1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp oil
50 g herbs, to taste
1 tsp maple syrup
Salt
Pepper
