Grilled vegetables

  1. Wash, clean and slice or cut vegetables into pieces.
  2. Wash the herbs, pat dry and cut smaller.
  3. Add oil with salt and pepper to a bowl and stir together. Add the herbs and prepared vegetables, mix and marinate covered for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the teppan yaki to level 5.
  5. Remove the vegetables from the marinade and drain on a paper towel.
  6. Grill the vegetables on the teppan yaki until done. It takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the vegetables. Turn the vegetables several times.

100 g carrots

100 g aubergine

100 g zucchini

100 g maize

50 g mushrooms

50 g onions

100 g red paprika

4 Tbsp oil



2 Tbsp herbs, to taste
