Grilled vegetables

Preparation:
- Wash, clean and slice or cut vegetables into pieces.
- Wash the herbs, pat dry and cut smaller.
- Add oil with salt and pepper to a bowl and stir together. Add the herbs and prepared vegetables, mix and marinate covered for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the teppan yaki to level 5.
- Remove the vegetables from the marinade and drain on a paper towel.
- Grill the vegetables on the teppan yaki until done. It takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the vegetables. Turn the vegetables several times.

100 g carrots
100 g aubergine
100 g zucchini
100 g maize
50 g mushrooms
50 g onions
100 g red paprika
4 Tbsp oil
Salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp herbs, to taste
