Polenta slices

Preparation:
- Add the milk, cream, nutmeg and salt to a saucepan, place on the hob and bring to the boil at the highest hob setting.
- Stir in the polenta and simmer for 2 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Add the parmesan and stir. Spread the mixture about 2 cm thick on a baking tray or in a flat oven dish and allow to cool.
- To serve, cut the polenta into pieces. Reheat in the steam oven with the regeneration function or sear briefly in a pan. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Dish up the polenta pieces on plates and garnish with tomato pieces and basil.
