Christmas punch

Preparation:
- Pour the fruit tea into a saucepan, place on the hob and bring to the boil on the highest hob setting.
- Switch off the hob, add the cloves, cinnamon sticks and star anise and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the cloves, cinnamon sticks and star anise. Add the apple and orange juice to the tea. Bring the punch to a boil again on the highest hob setting and season with the honey and cinnamon.
- Pour the punch in glasses or cups and serve.

4 star anise
250 ml apple juice
250 ml orange juice
50 g honey with vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
