Christmas punch

Preparation:

  1. Pour the fruit tea into a saucepan, place on the hob and bring to the boil on the highest hob setting.
  2. Switch off the hob, add the cloves, cinnamon sticks and star anise and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes. 
  3. Remove the cloves, cinnamon sticks and star anise. Add the apple and orange juice to the tea. Bring the punch to a boil again on the highest hob setting and season with the honey and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the punch in glasses or cups and serve.
