Kale with mettwurst

Preparation:

 

  1. Peel the onions and dice them finely.
  2. Peel, wash and finely dice the potatoes.
  3. Wash the kale and cut into fine strips.
  4. Put the butter oil into a pot, add the onions and sweat on medium heat.
  5. Add the kale and potatoes, and sweat briefly.
  6. Add the smoked sausages, mustard and vegetable stock. Cover and stew for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are done.
  7. Remove the smoked sausages, slice them thinly and add back to the kale.
  8. Season the kale with salt to taste. If needed, add oatmeal to slightly thicken the

1 tbsp Mustard

400 ml Vegetable stock

400 g Potatoes

3-4 Smoked sausages

Salt

Oatmeal (as thickener)
