Turkey Steak with Date-Cream Cheese Stuffing

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients for the filling in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spread the filling onto the turkey steaks, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Set the stuffed turkey steaks side by side into a temperature-resistant casserole dish.
  3. Put the casserole dish on a rack in the combination steam cooker and bake for about 25 minutes with the professional baking function at 175 °C.


Tip: Goes very well with rice and an herb-cream sauce.

4 Turkey steaks (about 500 g), tenderised

For the filling

75 g Goat milk cream cheese

75 g Double cream cheese

50 g Dates, finely cubed

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Breadcrumbs

1 clove Garlic, finely chopped

100 g Red pepper, finely cubed

1 tbsp Thyme, dried

½ tsp Sea salt

1 pinch Pepper, ground

1 Shot of Tabasco
