Pepper-Carrot-Spread

Preparation:
- Wash, clean and finely dice the peppers, carrots, onions and garlic.
- Put a pot on the hob, add the butter and melt it on medium.
- Add the peppers, carrots, onions and garlic, and stew for about 10 minutes until soft. Then allow to cool.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and finely purée everything with a stick blender. Then season generously to taste.
Tip:The spread keeps for about 3 days in the refrigerator.
Ingredients (for 2 glasses):
250 g Peppers
100 g Carrots
50 g Onions
1 Clove of garlic
50 g Butter
1-2 tbsp Hazelnuts, finely
1 pinch Herbal salt
½ tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Dill, finely chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
