Halloween Cookies

  1. Put flour, salt, butter in small pieces, egg yolk and lemon peel in a mixing bowl and knead to a smooth dough using a food processor with the dough hook.
  2. Cover the dough and chill it for at least 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle flour on the worktop. Preheat the oven with the hot air function at 180°C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Remove dough from refrigerator, place it on the floured worktop and roll it out about 3 mm thick. Cut out the dough with cookie cutters and put the cookies onto the baking sheet.
  5. Spread egg yolk on the cookies. place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cookies for about 8–10 minutes.
  6. Then take out and let it cool down. After cooling, decorate with the couverture chocolate, the chocolate balls and the sugar eyes.



Recipe for 1 Portion:

250 g flour

100 g sugar

150 g butter

1 egg yolk

1 organic lemon (grated zest)

1 egg yolk

approx. 20 chocolate balls

approx. 40 sugar eyes

50 g couverture chocolate
