Herb potatoes

Preparation:

  1. Wash and brush the potatoes and place them in the perforated cooking tray.
  2. Slide the cooking tray into the steamer and set the Steaming 100°C function for 25 - 30 minutes (depending on the type of potato).
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into two or more pieces as desired.
  4. Put a tablespoon of crème fraîche on the potatoes, sprinkle with herbs and season with salt and pepper.
