Herb potatoes

Preparation:
- Wash and brush the potatoes and place them in the perforated cooking tray.
- Slide the cooking tray into the steamer and set the Steaming 100°C function for 25 - 30 minutes (depending on the type of potato).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into two or more pieces as desired.
- Put a tablespoon of crème fraîche on the potatoes, sprinkle with herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
10-12 new potatoes
300 g crème fraîche
Fresh herbs (e.g. chives,
chervil, parsley and basil)
