Vegan banana bread

  1. Grease a cake pan (length 30 cm) and sprinkle with flour.
  2. Peel the bananas. Put 4 of them in a bowl and puree them.
  3. Add the oat drink and mix well.
  4. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix with a hand mixer until a smooth dough is obtained.
  5. Pour the dough into the box form. Cut the banana lengthwise and lay it on the dough.
  6. Place the baking tin on a rack in the oven and bake with the top/bottom heat function at 170°C for about 45 minutes.
  7. After baking, allow the bread to cool slightly in the form, then remove from the form and allow to cool completely.


Tip: To refine the taste, other spices can be added (e.g. winter spice, cinnamon).



Ingredients (for 1 bread):

5 bananas

500 g spelt flour type 1050

300 g oat drink

1 p. baking powder

2 tbsp baking cocoa

spices to taste
