Nut cream with speculoos spice

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip until creamy with a hand mixer.
  2. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and refrigerate until well chille.



Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

100g butter
75g honey
100g hazelnut butter
2 Tbsp baking cacoa
1 vanilla bean (bulp)
1 Tbsp of speculoos spice (alternatively also gingerbread spice or winter spice)


Appliance: refrigerator
Time: 1,5  hour
