Fish nuggets

  1. Cut the fish fillets into strips about 3 cm wide, season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Place the egg in a bowl and beat briefly. Put the flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates.
  3. Season the fish nuggets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Then first coat in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place a frying pan on the hob and heat to medium.
  6. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the nuggets on both sides until golden. Then remove, drain briefly on kitchen paper and serve immediately. 



Ingredients (for 4 persons):


2 fish fillets (cod, redfish, or similar)

1 egg

100 g flour

200 g breadcrumbs

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground

vegetable oil for frying
