Fish nuggets

Preparation:
- Cut the fish fillets into strips about 3 cm wide, season with salt and pepper.
- Place the egg in a bowl and beat briefly. Put the flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates.
- Season the fish nuggets on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Then first coat in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place a frying pan on the hob and heat to medium.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the nuggets on both sides until golden. Then remove, drain briefly on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
2 fish fillets (cod, redfish, or similar)
1 egg
100 g flour
200 g breadcrumbs
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground
vegetable oil for frying
