Herb tomato polenta

Preparation:
- Add the milk, cream, nutmeg and salt to a saucepan, place on the hob and bring to the boil at the highest hob setting.
- Stir in the polenta and simmer for 2 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Add the parmesan, tomatoes, olives and parsley and stir. Spread the mixture about 2 cm thick on a baking tray or in a flat oven dish and allow to cool.
- To serve, cut the polenta into pieces. Reheat in the steam oven with the regeneration function or sear briefly in a pan. Dish up the polenta pieces on plates and garnish and garnish to taste.
Ingredients (for about 4 people):
125 g polenta (maize semolina)
250 ml milk
250 ml cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch nutmeg. grated
30 g parmesan
8 cocktail tomatoes, quartered
Black olives, to taste, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
